Preparation and evaluation of strategic documents

Strategic planning is essential for the development and progress of any country. It involves setting long-term objectives, formulating strategies, and implementing action plans to achieve desired results. AAPC experts have worked on many strategic documents. They participate in such projects not only in Lithuania, but also in international EU approximation projects, help ministries and municipalities to develop various environmental strategies, programmes and plans, including investment needs assessment, financing demand and supply, and affordability analysis. Recently we have been actively involved in the development of strategic documents as required by the Water Framework, Marine Strategy Framework, and other environmental sector Directives.
